Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for All Non-Bridal Services: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of your appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the service fee. This policy ensures we can accommodate all clients efficiently and respect the time reserved for you.

Bridal Services Contract: At the time of booking, you will be required to sign a contract outlining our policies, including our cancellation terms.
