Products purchased in the salon may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Gift cards are valid for services and products at L'Elegance Salon and must be presented at the time of use.
Promotions & Discounts
Refunds for services or products purchased as part of a promotion or discount will be calculated based on the promotional value. In cases of a refund, the promotional benefit may be voided.
